OUR MISSION: WHAT ARE WE ALL ABOUT?

 

At RockCreek, our mission is to receive God’s Grace, learn to Love Him, outreach to Others, and witness to our World.  (G-L-O-W!)

 

We structure our church around a simple four-step process that helps us all to live out this mission. Notice that this same mission was demonstrated by the first Christ-followers described in the Bible in Acts 2:38-47.

G – Receive God’s Grace                                                (Acts 2:38-41)

• Trusting in Jesus and Baptized.
• RockCreek Membership Class.

L – Learn to Love Him back                                            (Acts 2:42)

• Weekly Sunday Worship.
• Personal Bible study and Prayer.

O – Outreach to Others                                                    (Acts 2:42-46)

• Weekly Home-based Outreach Group.
• Generous Giving.

W – Witness to our World                                                (Acts 2:47)

• Monthly Serving on a Ministry Team.
• Often telling othehrs the Good News about Jesus!
